Frequently asked questions
How do I tell the agent to use one of my accounts?
Just talk to it in the chat. Phrases like “I want to send this recipe by email via Gmail,” “put this table into Google Sheets,” or “post this image to Instagram” are enough. There's nothing to activate beforehand and no commands to learn: the agent recognizes the intent and sets up the connection itself.
Do I have to connect my accounts before I start?
No. Authorization kicks in the moment you ask for something that needs it. The first time you use each service, you'll see that platform's permission window; from then on, the agent can work with it.
How often do I have to reauthorize?
Only when the authorization expires. While it's still valid, the agent reuses it and doesn't ask again. When it expires, it'll ask you to renew it with the same couple of clicks as the first time.
Is it safe? Who can see my data?
You grant permission in the service's official window, not in one of our forms, so your password never goes through AI Chef Pro. Access is limited to what the agent needs to do, and you can revoke it anytime from your account settings on Google, Meta, Notion, or whichever platform it is.
What is Composio and why does it appear here?
Composio is the layer that manages connections with external platforms: it handles authorization, renews permissions, and makes sure each tool responds reliably. It's not another tool for your daily work; it's what makes the other sixteen work from the chat.
